“Vegetarian Soup and Fried Mushroom” is a business serving three kinds of products that we offer to customers: vegetarian soup, fried mushroom, and beverages. It is a new healthy, organic restaurant chain inspired by the newly increasing health conscious attitudes of Cambodian and Chinese, planting its roots in Phnom Penh City. Our shop uses the freshest organic product and lean cuts of meat to provide our customers with meals of high nutritional value inspired by cultures across the globe. Our beverage selection is limited, consisting of coffee, coffee milk, bottled water, Coca Cola, juices and other soft drinks. Every meal is freshly prepared for customers, meeting the individual dietary needs and preferences of each one. While this may take longer to prepare than some restaurants, we want our customers to believe we are “worth to wait.” Our location offers a relaxing atmosphere for customers to enjoy their meal, or the option of takeout, delivery, and even catering for special events.

The important vision of this restaurant is to be one of the top restaurants providing high quality of vegetarian soup, fried mushroom, and beverages recognizing from everyone in the city and countryside. In other word, it will offer the customers becoming cool feeling and making them coming again and again.

Our mission is to provide a unique, healthy, delicious dining experience from environmentally sustainable locations while our employees ensure that customers always receive satisfaction service. It will serve the customers all the best as the king and provide a fast service with delicious flavor.

Our goal is to build a better environment where customers feel comfortable, relax, flexible, and affordable price to offer them the choices that are available in our restaurant and to fulfill the needs of the customers with the delicious flavors.

The main objectives of our vegan shop are as below:
